# Getting started with LVL Up

## Start with one real workflow

Use your 14-day trial to run the work your managers already need to do. Start
with a goal, a feedback conversation or a review cycle. New trials use Growth
with capacity for up to 100 people and do not require a credit card.

1. Create the company workspace and complete your company profile.
2. Add departments and reporting relationships.
3. Invite a small group of managers and teammates, or import employees through
   CSV.
4. Set a goal with an owner, due date and progress measure.
5. Collect feedback and recognition while the work is happening.
6. Use your next 1:1 to discuss progress and record follow-up actions.
7. Create a review cycle, check permissions and review the available reports.

## Choose the capacity you need

Scale adds
$2/month for each person above 150, up to 500. At 250 people the total is $349/month;
at 500 it is $849/month. Contact us for a larger or complex rollout.

Team is also available at $278/year and Growth at $758/year. Scale is monthly
only. Check the selected plan, interval and capacity before confirming checkout.
Taxes may apply. AI, video and storage have usage allowances.

Choose a paid plan to continue after your trial. Existing free accounts,
subscriptions and lifetime agreements retain their contracted terms.

## Bring your data

CSV import supports employees, departments and goals. Review your source files
and field mapping before import. Contact us to discuss other historical data,
complex migrations or custom integrations.

## Add tools when they help

People records, PTO and documents are optional workspace tools. Start with your
performance workflow, then enable other areas as your team needs them. LVL Up is
not a payroll-processing or full HCM replacement.

Growth adds OKRs, AI assistance, skills and career tools, video calls, LVL Proof
portfolios and API access. Check the pricing page and workspace limits for
current inclusions. SAML and several external integrations remain on the
roadmap.
