I built LVL Up Performance because I saw firsthand how broken performance management is at most companies. Annual reviews nobody prepares for. Feedback tools that collect dust. HR systems that feel designed in 2005.

I wanted something where giving feedback is as easy as scanning a QR code, where goals actually connect to company strategy, and where HR tools don't need a training manual.
