I built LVL Up Performance for the manager who has to handle people with no HR department behind them: the owner who does HR between customers, the office manager who is HR without the title, the person promoted from the team last month. Without a record, the hard conversation becomes one person's memory against another's, the best person leaves without anyone noticing, and the review nobody scheduled quietly does not happen.
I wanted one calm place for every 1:1, goal, review and piece of feedback, so the person running the team can see what changed and have the conversation fairly, without a training manual. It does not predict who will quit. It shows you what happened, with the evidence.
