Three opinions baked into the product.

Most performance tools charge per seat (which kills adoption), force an HRIS upsell (which doubles your bill), and optimize for enterprise procurement (which makes the UX awful). We made different choices.

How is this different from Lattice or 15Five?
Three things: flat-rate pricing (not per-seat — add your whole team day one), HR essentials included at no extra cost (no separate HRIS), and a deliberately smaller customer base so the founder still answers your email. Detailed comparison.
Can I import data from my existing tools?
Yes — CSV import for employees, departments, and goals. The Slack integration is live; Google Calendar is in flight. SAML SSO is coming soon on the Performing tier. The founder will personally help you map fields the first time.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes, no credit card. Free for teams up to 10. Includes goals, feedback, recognition, performance reviews, and the HR essentials. Upgrade when you outgrow it — paid plans are flat-rate.
What do the tier names mean?
They follow Tuckman's Team Development Model — the stages every team goes through as they grow. Forming is foundations, Storming adds AI and growth tooling, Norming is mid-market, Performing is unlimited enterprise.
How do you make sure my team actually uses it?
Flat-rate pricing removes the per-seat barrier that kills adoption — every employee can be in the tool day one without inflating your bill. The product is designed for weekly use, not annual chores.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in settings. No calls, no guilt trips. We'd rather you try it risk-free than hesitate.
What does setup actually look like?
Sign up, invite your team via email or CSV, set up departments and reporting structure, then start creating goals or launching a review cycle. No required training, no implementation specialist, no procurement gauntlet.
What if I need help getting started?
Forming includes email support. Storming gets priority support. Norming and Performing get a dedicated account manager and phone support.
