Can I import data from my existing tools?
Yes — CSV import for employees, departments, and goals. Slack and Google Calendar integrations live, SSO available on higher tiers. The founder will personally help you map fields the first time.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes, no credit card. Free for teams up to 10. Includes goals, feedback, recognition, performance reviews, and the HR essentials. Upgrade when you outgrow it — paid plans are flat-rate.
What does setup actually look like?
Sign up, invite your team via email or CSV, set up departments and reporting structure, then start creating goals or launching a review cycle. No required training, no implementation specialist, no procurement gauntlet.
