How do I get started with LVL Up Performance?

Simply sign up for a free account, complete the onboarding wizard to set up your company, and invite your team members. Our guided setup will help you configure goals, reviews, and feedback systems.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 5 employees with access to basic goals, feedback, and recognition features. It's perfect for small teams getting started with performance management.

Can I import my existing team data?

Yes! You can bulk import team members via CSV file during onboarding or from the team management page. We also support data migration from other performance management systems.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We're GDPR compliant and working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you can export your data before leaving.
