License renewal calendar

List each license or certification your staff hold with its expiry date. Download one calendar file with an event on every expiry date and reminders before it, ready to import into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. No account. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Remind me before expiry

What is in the file

For each credential: an all-day event on the expiry date, and an all-day reminder event on each lead date you tick. Reminder dates already in the past are left out, and the page tells you how many. Events are marked free, so they do not block anyone's schedule.

What it does not do

It does not check anything with a licensing board, and it cannot know when a credential is renewed: the file stays as you made it. It holds no documents and sends no reminders to the person who holds the license.

Common questions

How do I get license expiry reminders into Google Calendar or Outlook?

Download the .ics file this page makes, then import it: in Google Calendar, Settings > Import & export > Import; in Outlook, File > Open & Export > Import/Export, or double-click the file. Each reminder is its own all-day event, so it shows up even in apps that ignore alarms in imported files.

How far ahead should I be reminded about a license renewal?

Far enough for the person holding it to finish the renewal, including any continuing-education hours their board requires. The page defaults to 60 and 30 days; choose 90 if renewals in your field need coursework.

Does the calendar update when a license is renewed?

No. It is a file, not a live feed. When a credential is renewed, delete its old events and make a new file with the new date, or keep the dates in a system that alerts you.

Is anything I type sent to LVL Up?

No. The file is built in your browser and downloaded straight to your device. The page makes no network request with what you type.
