Common questions

What is the score based on?

Ten yes/no questions about whether the basic people records exist: reviews, 1:1s, licenses, handbook acknowledgements, time off, documents, goals, feedback, improvement plans and new-hire check-ins. Each yes is 10 points. There is no weighting and no benchmark: it only tells you which records are missing.

Is anything I answer saved or sent?

No. The answers and the score are computed in your browser. Only if you fill the optional email form at the end is your email and the score summary sent, to you and to us.

What happens after I email myself the result?

You get one email with your score and the gaps. We see the same summary. We may write once, as a person, if your practice looks like the ones we build for; there is no sequence.
